While props are commonly used to deepen our practice, they aren't always accessible. However, a wall is always there when you need it! Join Marilyn in this workshop as she leads you through a sequence of postures that utilize the wall to enhance your balance, strength, and flexibility. If you've been interested in exploring inversions such as headstands and handstands, incorporating the wall into your practice is an excellent introductory step.
