a note from Court:

The time has finally come to launch our inaugural Soul Sweat 200-hour yoga teacher training. This training program has been a long-standing idea that I've been considering for years, but I wanted to make sure it happened at the right time with the right team of teachers to support it. A yoga teacher training program is not just a significant financial investment; it's also an investment in your yogic journey and your commitment to being your best self, mentally, physically, spiritually, and emotionally.

It's not something I took lightly or wanted to rush into (despite the encouragement from our amazing students over the years), but rather a labor of love that was meticulously planned and perfected to offer the best possible program and to ensure our students feel completely supported as they begin their teaching journey. I'm very grateful to have had Carolyn and Vicky pave the way for our first official training, and I'm incredibly excited to embark on this adventure with all of you!

together, we will study, learn, grow, practice, move, breathe, and flow.

  • In addition to meeting the rigorous standards of the Yoga Alliance, our program takes a hands-on approach to honing your yoga teaching skills. We believe that the best way to learn is by doing, and real, in-person practice in teaching yoga is crucial to providing you with the most beneficial experience. We also place great value on learning within a group dynamic and nurturing relationships that extend far beyond your graduation. The students and instructors on this journey with you will become more than just your peers - they will become your friends, your support system, and your community to rely on throughout this process.

Teaching yoga is an incredible opportunity to broaden one's perspective and delve deeper into the most valuable subject: yourself. Together, we will study, learn, grow, practice, move, breathe, flow, and fully immerse ourselves in this wonderful journey!
