Join us on Sunday, February 9th at noon in our Old Saybrook location for a 75-minute HOT POWER FLOW led by Court, designed to energize your body and ignite your inner strength. Class will be followed by a post-class smoothie courtesy of Saybrook Swell, featuring their delicious, nutrient-packed smoothies to refuel and refresh.

This event is the perfect blend of movement, community, and nourishment.
