POWER VINYASA FLOW

Our power vinyasa yoga class is designed for those seeking a challenging, athletic practice. The session takes place in our spacious studio, heated to 90 degrees using soothing infrared heat, which penetrates deeply into the muscles, enhancing flexibility and detoxification. To further intensify the experience, the room is filled with 75% humidity from a steaming system, creating a tropical-like atmosphere that promotes deep sweating and endurance.

Expect a vigorous and fun flow that tests your strength, balance, and stamina, while also fostering mental focus and resilience. This class is perfect for yogis looking to push their limits and cultivate both physical and mental fortitude.

Music is used in all of our classes and playlists are curated by each individual instructor!
