Join us in June for a 4 week full body training program on Mondays at 6:00 a.m. in OS with Vicky!
Classes will consist of a fusion of yoga, HIIT, barre, and bodyweight strengthening, designed with repetitive + creative movement to burn out and strengthen major and minor muscles all over the body! Each class will vary from week to week, but expect 45 minutes of mild to intense exercise followed by a cool down and savasana.
This is the perfect compliment to your traditional vinyasa yoga routine to strengthen and tone for the summer months.
You can sign up for the full 4-week series for $115 or just drop in each week for $30.
