Movement for Mental Health

In recognition of May and Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re offering a complimentary, all-levels warm vinyasa yoga class in both studios on 5.19 at 12:00 p. This 60-minute class will be led by Ashley in New Haven and Kat in Old Saybrook. If possible, we kindly ask that you bring a cash donation of any amount - all funds will be donated to a local mental health organization!

Registration is now available on Walla, pre-registration is required. If you sign up and can’t make it, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance so another student can take advantage of this class.

Remember to bring a yoga mat or plan to rent/purchase one before class!
