This yoga workshop welcomes mothers at any stage of postpartum, seeking a nurturing environment to focus on their yoga practice and self-care. Join Kate, yoga teacher and doula to center, ground and connect with other moms in a similar life phase. Together we will talk about the idea that postpartum (which means “after birth”) is technically a life-long journey, not just a 6-week phase. This workshop is a space to share, discuss and receive physical and emotional support as you gently dive back into your yoga practice. By coming to your mat, to simply move your body and breathe you are doing immense good for yourself and your family. Our hope is that you feel a sense of inner-power, confidence and calm, that stays with you for days to come as you navigate motherhood and life.
Please bring a mat, journal, pen, water (or snacks), and comfortable clothing.
