Led by Meg at our Saybrook location, this 75-minute workshop helps mamas focus on balance, strength, and breathing techniques during pregnancy and postpartum. Students will enjoy a safe and relaxing yoga practice that teaches them to nurture their bodies throughout all stages of pregnancy. This class offers benefits such as increased flexibility, reduced stress and anxiety, decreased pains and aches, improved sleep quality, and most importantly, an opportunity to connect with other moms in our community!
