Intention Setting Workshop

As we enter into a new season, it's important to take time to reflect, set intentions, and nurture ourselves. In this 90 minute class led by Genipher, we will focus on gentle, restorative yoga poses that promote deep relaxation and rejuvenation. These poses will help release tension, restore energy, and create a sense of balance in both body and mind. Throughout the class, we will incorporate mindfulness and meditation techniques to help you connect with your inner self and set clear intentions for the season ahead. You will have the opportunity to reflect on the past few months, acknowledge your accomplishments, and let go of anything that no longer serves you through physical poses, meditation, and journaling.

No prior yoga experience is necessary. Please bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and any props that will support your relaxation, such as blankets, bolsters, or pillows. Start spring off on a positive note and create a foundation for a future filled with peace and personal growth.

Pre-registration is now open. The cost is $45 in advance or $50 at the door.
