Join us for a workshop on safely advancing your backbends! You’ll learn the anatomy of the spine, mobility techniques, and tips and tricks to take your backbends to the next level. We’ll start with a brief discussion then move on to an all levels vinyasa flow that’s specifically designed to warm up your spine. From there, we’ll workshop poses like wheel, camel, bow, and dancer pose, finishing up with a short restorative practice. Please bring a block or yoga strap if you have one (there will be some available to borrow) and an open mind!
