We’re going back again, of course!

Costa Rica is and always will be my favorite place in the world, and it was so amazing getting to experience it with 20 other Soul Sweat yogi's last few years, we're doing it again... and again.... and again.

I've searched high and low, in Europe and the States for a place that compares to our secluded little hide out in the jungle and nothing comes close!

Wake up every morning with a meditative beach walk, followed by yoga looking at the beautiful ocean with the sound of the waves in the background. There is incredible surfing right out your door step, take a horse back ride along the coast, or relax in a beachfront hammock. The ocean is so healing for the soul and there is also an awesome pool to dip into if you'd like.

This will be my eighth time at Encantada, my sixth with a retreat, and the staff has become my extended Costa Rica family. They remember our guests by name, and our stories (seriously, they keep up with us on social media!) and make the stay a seamless, relaxing, heartfelt experience.

ENCANTADA OCEAN COTTAGE RESORT

We are staying in little ocean cottages that are RIGHT ON THE BEACH!

Retreat to your enchanting hide-away amidst palm trees, lush gardens and the captivating pacific ocean. Our style is described as rustic tropical meets boho chic. Spacious, clean and the perfect space to relax and re-energize after the days adventures.

Each room is lovingly cared for and includes creature comforts that will make you feel right at home. Guests rave about the blissful sleeps they have in our plush beds and soft sheets. You’ll love the feeling when you tuck in!

Our 9 open spots are as follows.

(due to the shared rooms, this retreat is open to women only!)

Please note you can sign up solo and we will match you in a cottage or as a group of up to 4 people. All deposits will be needed to book as a group at once.

Poolside King Cottages: (1 Queen and 2 Twin) - sleeps 3
Enjoy your own private individual cottage. Both poolside cottages are equipped with A/C, fan, Wi-Fi, Mini Refrigerator, desk, safe deposit box and a walk-in closet. Equipped with one King size bed, a daybed and a twin bed located in the upstairs loft as well as a unique outdoor lounge and seating area. 

Two Bedroom Villa: (1 Queen and 3 Twin) - sleeps 4
Enjoy your own spacious villa. This villa includes a master bedroom with king size bed, one twin bed and a second bedroom with two twin beds. It also includes a fully equipped kitchen with stove, coffee maker, refrigerator, dinnerware, flatware, A/C, fan, Wi-Fi and safe deposit box. Sit back and relax on the open air private patio. 

(2) Garden View Queen Cottage: (2 Queen and 1 Twin) - sleeps 3 total
Enjoy your own private individual cottage. Both garden view cottages are equipped with A/C, fan, Wi-Fi, Mini Refrigerator, desk, safe deposit box and a walk-in closet. Equipped with two queen size beds and a twin bed located in an upstairs loft.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Everyday we will do two yoga classes, a power class in the morning and a more gentle before bed. Our yoga rancho is beach front with padded floors, speakers, and all the yoga props you need. Mats, blocks, etc are all included so you don't have to bring your own, but we do suggest bringing a yoga towel with you.

Every class is encouraged. but this is your trip, your time, and you are free to spend it how you want.

ADVENTURE
Costa Rica is the perfect environment for those who want to get active and explore. The resort we're staying at has a number of excursions you can add on to your retreat to make it as customizable and enjoyable as possible.

Offerings include: surf lessons, beachfront massages, horseback riding, waterfall hikes, ziplining, monkey tours, board rentals (surf, skim, boogie), sound healing

AMAZING, HEALTHY FOOD
Included in your retreat package are three meals a day prepared by Encantada's onsite restaurant. They will be serving American and Tico favorites. While meals are not vegetarian, if you have dietary restrictions let me know and they will make sure you are taken care of!

RELAXATION
Most importantly, this is a time for you to relax. Let us worry about everything, just show up and be open to all this place has to offer. We encourage complete disconnection (no wifi, no cell phones), although it will be available if needed. We will also provide a book that we will read as during our retreat to enhance our experience as well as group discussions. Again, whether you participate or not is up to you but it is encouraged for a full cleansing, healing experience!

PRICING:

$2149 TOTAL
beds / cottages are booked on a first come, first serve basis so if you have a preference, we will accommodate as long as it is open!

You can book with friends or come solo! If you book as a group I will need all deposits before assigning room. If you book solo, I try very hard to find a perfect roommate "match" for you. In years pasts, many have come solo and left with lifelong friends!

INCLUDED: Ocean cottage, all your meals, two yoga classes per day, group transportation to and from Encantada in Costa Rica, welcome gift

NOT INCLUDED: Flight & transportation to airport in CT, additional excursions, alcoholic beverages

FLIGHTS: Flights are not included, you will book independently. When it gets a bit closer I will send out the scheduled time of the shuttle, your flight should coordinate with schedule.

If you book a flight that does not coordinate with group pick up to and from airport, transportation can be arranged for you at an additional fee.
