WARM VINYASA SLOW FLOW

Our slow foundational yoga class! This class is designed to help you establish a strong and stable foundation in your yoga practice. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, this class will provide you with the tools and techniques to deepen your understanding of yoga and improve your overall well-being.

ALL LEVELS VINYASA FLOW

Our yoga class suitable for all levels! Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, this class is designed to enhance your mind-body connection and leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Heated to 90 degrees with 75% humidity, our experienced instructor will guide you through a series of asanas and breathing exercises, helping you to deepen your practice and explore your inner self. Whether you're looking to improve your flexibility, reduce stress, or simply connect with like-minded individuals, this class is perfect for you.

OPEN STUDIO

Old Saybrook Thursday’s from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and New Haven Friday’s from 10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. for our open studio. There is no structured, formal class but we open our studio up for your own independent practice or meditation. Please be considerate of those who are meditating and keep your practice quiet.

POWER VINYASA FLOW

Our advanced yoga class! This class is designed for experienced yoga practitioners who are looking to deepen their practice and take on new challenges. In this class, which is heated to 90 degrees with 75% humidity, you can expect to explore advanced yoga poses and sequences that will challenge your strength, flexibility, and balance. We will also focus on pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation to help you connect with your body and mind on a deeper level.

Whether you are looking to improve your physical practice or deepen your spiritual practice, this class has something to offer everyone. Our experienced yoga teacher will guide you through each pose with clear instructions and adjustments to help you safely and confidently explore your practice.


PRIVATE CLASSES

Private classes are a great option for those who want a more personalized yoga experience. With a private class, the instructor can guide you through a practice that is specifically tailored to your own body, allowing you to get the most out of your practice. Whether you want to leave it up to the instructor or customize the class to your liking, you have the freedom to choose the level, temperature, music, and more.

If you are new to yoga and feeling hesitant about jumping into a full class, a private session is a great way to get introduced to the basics and prepare yourself for future classes. In fact, just one private class can be enough to get you ready to join a regular class!

Single private (one student): $110

Semi private (two-five students): $150

Group private (five + students): $150 + $15 a person over five people
